How to Use:
Place a shower steamer on the floor or a ledge in your shower, away from direct water flow but where it will get gently splashed. As the water hits the steamer, the menthol crystals will release a refreshing, aromatic vapor.

We work to ship all orders within 7 business days (MondayāFriday). Once your package leaves our hands, transit times are determined by USPS or UPS. Weather, holidays, or other unexpected events may impact delivery speed or routes, which are outside of our control.
If you select an expedited option (Priority, 3-Day, or 2-Day shipping), that service only affects the carrierās transit time. It does not shorten the time it takes us to prepare and pack your order.
Free Shipping
Enjoy free shipping within the U.S. and U.S. territories on orders of $60 or more. This option is sent via USPS Ground Advantage. Please note: free shipping does not include Priority or UPS services. Orders must total $60 or more after discounts and before tax to qualify.
Lost or Damaged Packages
Please reach out within 30 days of your order date if you need help with a lost or damaged package. After 30 days, we cannot issue refunds or replacements.

Because our products are handcrafted personal care items, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
Full ingredient lists are provided for every product ā please review carefully for allergens before purchasing. We cannot be held responsible for allergic or adverse reactions.
Preferences vary! While we understand everyone has their own taste in scent, texture, and color, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges based on personal preference.
Heat Advisory (MayāSeptember)
Warm weather can affect the texture of our whipped creams and body butters. Products may arrive softened, melted, or less full in appearance due to settling. We always fill jars to the top at packing. By purchasing during warm months, you acknowledge this possibility.
We do offer the option to add ice packs and insulated packaging to your order. While many customers report their creams arriving cool, others find the ice packs warm on delivery ā this depends on shipping distance, climate, and carrier handling.
For best results, we recommend selecting Priority Shipping for faster transit. (Please note: shipping speed does not change our order processing time.)
If your product arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator to firm it back up. The consistency may look different, but the quality and benefits of the ingredients are not affected.
