Refund policy

As we sell primarily personal care items, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges.  However, in the event that items are damaged or sent incorrectly, a return may be processed.  There will be no returns unless authorized.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Warm weather can affect the texture of our whipped creams and body butters. Products may arrive softened, melted, or less full in appearance due to settling. We always fill jars to the top at packing. By purchasing during warm months, you acknowledge this possibility.

We do sometimes utilize the option to add ice packs to your order. While many customers report their creams arriving cool, others find the ice packs warm on delivery — this depends on shipping distance, climate, and carrier handling.

If your product arrives melted, place it in the refrigerator to firm it back up. The consistency may look different, but the quality and benefits of the ingredients are not affected.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
