What are your shipping policies?
We always strive for same day shipping. However, if that can not be achieved, our guarantee is to ship out within 2-3 business days. All items qualify for free shipping on orders over $40.
We are not responsible for items misplaced or damaged in transit by the shipping carrier. Claims for those items should be filed directly with the carrier. Please contact shelly@bubblybotanicals.com for all other issues.
What about product availability?
Our items are all handmade in small batches. We prioritize quality over quantity. Availability is not always guaranteed, but we will do our best to restock quickly!
What types of ingredients do you use?
We use organic ingredients whenever possible as well as locally sourced honey and botanicals. Our tallow is 100% organic grass-fed beef tallow, which gives a cleaner, smoother consistency to deliver all of the necessary benefits to your skin.
Doesn't Tallow have a smell?
Our beef tallow does not smell. In fact, our 100% tallow soaps have no smell at all! This makes them a great option for hunters or those with really sensitive skin!
What is your return policy?
For safety and hygiene reasons this merchandise cannot be restocked or resold so we do not typically accept returns. However, we understand that unique situations arise, so if you are not completely satisfied after 14 days or if you believe your item is faulty or the incorrect item was sent, please contact shelly@bubblybotanicals.com so we can make it right!
I have skin allergies. Are your products safe for sensitive skin?
Yes! All of our handmade products are created with as few ingredients as possible that still allows us to make a great product. For those with seriously sensitive skin, we would suggest our 100% tallow bars, as these are the gentlest products in our line.
About Beef Tallow
Is beef tallow safe for all skin types?
Yes! Tallow’s fatty acid profile closely mirrors our skin’s natural sebum, making it well-tolerated by most skin types, including sensitive, dry, and even acne-prone skin. We recommend our unscented 100% tallow bars for anyone with serious sensitivities.
Where do you source your tallow?
We use 100% organic, grass-fed beef tallow. Grass-fed tallow is higher in beneficial vitamins and fatty acids than conventional tallow, giving you a richer, cleaner product. We source directly from cattle farms to ensure we using the highest quality ingredients while still supporting small businesses.
Is tallow soap good for eczema or psoriasis?
Many of our customers with eczema and psoriasis report great results, especially with our unscented tallow bars. However, we always recommend patch-testing any new skincare product and consulting your dermatologist for medical skin conditions.
About Our Products
How long do your soaps last?
With normal daily use, a bar typically lasts 3–5 weeks. To extend the life of your bar, use a draining soap dish that allows it to dry between uses, a washcloth to bathe, and a soap saver bag to contain any small bits leftover.
Do your products contain preservatives or synthetic chemicals?
We keep our ingredient lists as short and clean as possible. We avoid synthetic preservatives, parabens, and sulfates. You can find the full ingredient list on every product page.
Our tallow-based products are not vegan, as tallow is rendered beef fat. However, we do carry several plant-based options in our Other Soaps and Bath Treats collections for those who prefer them.
How should I store my products?
Keep products in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and humidity. Bathroom countertops are fine as long as they’re not in standing water.
What is the shelf life of your products?
Unopened products are best used within 12 months of purchase. Once opened, we recommend using within 6 months for best results.

How will I know when my order ships?
You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.
Do you ship outside the US?
Currently we ship within the United States only. Sign up for our VIP list to be the first to know when international shipping becomes available!
Can I change or cancel my order after placing it?
Since we process and ship quickly, changes or cancellations need to be requested within 2 hours of placing your order. Email shelly@bubblybotanicals.com right away and we’ll do our best to accommodate you.

Do you offer gift wrapping or custom notes?
Yes! Our gift sets arrive ready to give. If you’d like a personal note included, add your message in the order notes at checkout and we’ll hand-write it for you.
